We ship to 39 out of the 50 United States. We currently are unable to ship Delta-8 THC products to AK, AZ, AR, CO, DE, ID, IA, MS, MT, RI, UT.

 

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

We offer free shipping on all U.S orders over $75. For orders under $75, shipping price is determined by weight and final destination.


WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Due to COVID-19, there may be a delay in processing and/or shipping your order. Thank you for your patience as we all navigate this difficult time.
For U.S orders, current processing time is 2-4 business days, and shipping time is 2-7 business days.
Please note that this is estimate only. Actual processing and shipping time may vary depends on orders and locations.


DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?

We offer exchange for disposable pens if broken or defective. Gummies can not be exchanged or returned.
Unfortunately, we don’t offer refunds if a product didn’t work for you. Once a product has been used, we can no longer re-sell it.
We are a small company, and we simply don’t have the margins to accommodate this without raising our prices.


I RECEIVED FAULTY PRODUCTS, HOW DO I REQUEST EXCHANGE?

Please contact us to request an exchange within 14 days of the day you received your faulty shipment.
All exchanged items must be in unused condition, with all original proof of purchase, labels, and boxes attached
To exchange an item, please email customer service at support@shopvibez.co to obtain an Exchange Merchandise Authorization (EMA) number.
After receiving a EMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail item(s) to the following address:
